Company Overview Millridge Companies includes a land development division, site construction company, homebuilding company and full service Real Estate firm. The primary owners presiding over the company are James M. Adams, Sr. and his son, James M. Adams, Jr. They are supported by a staff of professionals, many with over 20 years of development and real estate experience. Management Team James M. (Jim) Adams, Sr. - Before starting the Millrige Companies in 1989, Jim was president of Storr Office Environments. Over the years he has guided the company vision and growth building value without compromising quality. Jim clearly understands how to create winning relationships and financially successful developments. His 20 year career includes the development of single family, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial projects. James M. Adams, Jr. - James Adams Jr. has used his business management and marketing degree to take full advantage of the construction and development opportunities with in the family of Millridge Companies. He is the company president and also successfully manages most of the construction related companies. James is actively involved in the operation, marketing and management of all the Millridge Companies. Joseph J. (Joe) Lyle - Joe joined Millridge in 2005 as Development Director after 21 years in the land planning and engineering consulting business. He has designed, permitted and managed residentual, industrial and commercial projects throughout the Southeast. He works to secure project entitlements, prepare feasibility studies, evaluate site plans, prepare detailed cost estimates, financial pro-formas and project managment. Joe is supported by a team of project managers, accounting and administrative staff that are challenged to create greater value for our clients. Esther C. Austin, President/Broker in charge, Millridge Real Estate, LLC (MRE) - Esther began her commercial real estate career in 1998 with C.B. Richard Ellis and later went on to join GVA Advantis in 2002. With their International/National firms, Esther has focused on leasing and landlord representation. After taking over as president of MRE in 2007, Esther now heads a team of brokers and administrative staff. Esther strives to enhance value of the assets for which she is responsible. Donald (Don) Fraley - A 25+ year veteran in the Triangle area real estate community, Don has developed and built out numerous successful communities. He has been responsible for the on-site management of several developments, some of which were highly amentised, with multiple product offerings. As an active member and past president of the Homebuilders Association, Don maintains a close relationship with the local and national homebuilders network. Key Support Staff
