Bringing ten years of commercial real estate experience and specializing in the representation of real estate owners and investors, Esther Austin, has been named president. Esther and her husband reside in Wake Forest with their two sons.

Specializing in land sales, Howard Holcomb has over 21 years of real estate experience, 15 of which he has devoted to brokerage of commercial transactions. Howard is a native of Durham where he serves on the Durham City County Appearance Commission.

   Trey Watkins

As a small business owner, Trey brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience to Millridge Real Estate. His primary focus is on representing businesses in their search for locations which maximize their economic potential. Trey is a UNC-CH graduate and, after spending several years as an accountant, became involved in real estate development. Trey, his wife and two sons reside in Wake Forest. In his spare time, he enjoys participating in marathons and playing golf.

 Dan Smith

Dan specializes in finding distressed asset and land purchase opportunities for investors and tenant representation.  Dan is a Raleigh native and Appalachian State University graduate.    He spent 13 years as an Officer in the U.S. Army including a year in Iraq.  Following his Army career, he founded a successful manufacturing business in North Carolina.  He enjoys golf and running and lives with his wife and son in Youngsville.
