Description: 

Scott Gurganus is a managing member of Royall Custom Homes, LLC.  A North Carolina native, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Scott spent several years as a broker before following his dream to build homes, beginning his endeavor through employment with a leading Raleigh-based home builder.  In 2001 he obtained his North Carolina Contractors Limited License.

In 2003, Scott partnered with Millridge Investments, Inc. to form Royall Custom Homes, LLC.  Through this partnership, Scott has been able to continue his desire to build custom homes.  Royall Custom Homes is a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County.
